We no longer attempt to explain banking policy for opening business accounts' in Nevada as they change to frequently. However at this time we are able to open accounts at several national banks that operate in Nevada. The reason for this constant changing of policy is an effort by the banks to keep up with federal demands which are theoretically based upon the Patriot Act. The issue for the banks is two fold, the Act generally makes the bank responsible to know their customer and the banks are financially responsible for their customers banking actions.

To qualify as a signer on business checking account said person must have proper identification and verify their personal address per International law. Signers are not required to appear locally.

Regarding privacy shareholders may appoint separate directors and or signers to oversee the business checking accounts without divulging their identification, however, Obama and Levin (senator from Michigan has been on an anti privacy democratic movement of a socialist agenda since 2000) if they prevail these anti-constitutional law policy's will be the beginning of the total collapse of the system called America.

Get that 2 out of 2 million, well more Senators are caught cheating on their wives a year, which means (using Levin's logic) we should eliminate Senators privilege of sleeping without supervision, same logic who cares about constitutional rights? Meetings were recently held at the Dirksen Senate Office Building, the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will hold a hearing on S. 569, the Incorporation Transparency and Law Enforcement Assistance Act, a bill to help law enforcement stop the misuse of U.S. corporations, 2 out of millions, time for bed checks! News  MN recently closed it Secretary of State office for lack of funds, Levin should try to help his home rather than interfere with constitutional law.
